I visited Little Caesars Pizza three times for a warm, ready lunch between 12 and 1 PM. Each time, I had to wait 15 minutes because there were never any finished pizzas available. When I returned, I was charged twice on two occasions and was told to call their hotline since the store couldn't resolve the issue. After spending more than four hours on calls and finally confirming the double charges, they kept promising a manager would call me to arrange a refund. That call never came. It’s always the same story. I’m done—just give up. They can keep the extra fees, but they've lost my business forever. Never again.
To make matters worse, I attempted to go back this past Wednesday around 7:30 PM, and the restaurant was entirely closed. As I walked back to my car, I saw several other people arriving only to find the door locked, all equally puzzled. I’ve visited this place a few times before without any major issues, but these last three experiences have been disappointing. I won’t be returning.
I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni from Little Caesars Pizza, but it didn’t look anything like the photo on the menu. The pizza came with a regular crust instead of the special crust shown in the picture. I was quite disappointed and won’t be ordering it again. The taste was okay, but I had really expected the crust as pictured.

I love the food, and the staff are always very friendly. I've been coming to this location for years and practically live off their pizza. I have to say, I really appreciate what they’re doing here. Definitely a 10/10—highly recommend!
This place is always warm, with a temperature around 95°F. The food is consistently prepared quickly and fresh. Don't sit around waiting for your order; you'll feel like you'll melt!
I placed an order by phone and it was ready in just 10 minutes—no waiting at all. The pizza was fantastic! The new owners were very kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!
