Okay, so... I left three stars because my experience here is either or. Black or white. Big or terrible. Who knows? Yeah, that's it. The store is usually clean. If they let you wait long (because the pizza can often be hot, but it's NOT ready. they need more than 1 chair. It gets hot outside and people may not have the gas in their car to sit on the A/C (not exaggerated 15 minutes. Some employees are super nice. Some are very rude. Some are distracted, preoccupied, aloof or just an airhead. As I said, it's just by chance... lucky draw. Who knows what you get for your visit. 4/16/22 VisitUpon walking in I was greeted to a baby running around behind the counter in the cook area with nothing but a diaper on! Proceed to all of the employees just sitting around doing nothing except talking to one another, looking at their cellphones or whatever besides paying any attention to food. The food I ordered was abysmal, my pizza was made by someone who I have no idea if they washed their hands or not as they were sitting when I arrived and touching so much. The person that cut it did not do a good job as I had to take out a knife at home to actually cut the pizza. I am not sure whether to blame the employee or the fact they don't even have a pizza cutting blade but a pizza...
On the evening of November 4, 2022, at 8:00 PM, I approached the speaker and specifically asked if there was any pizza available for pickup. The employee listed the options, so I requested two pepperoni pizzas. She informed me that they didn't have two, so I compromised and ordered one pepperoni and one sausage pizza.
Upon reaching the window, I handed over my card for payment, and after she charged me, she handed me my receipt and closed the window. She then leaned over the counter to browse social media for a while. I'm really disappointed with the customer service and communication at this location. On April 14, 2022, I placed an order online and paid for it. When I arrived at the drive-thru at the time they indicated it would be ready, I was informed that they didn't have any of my order. I asked about my 3-meat deep dish pizza, stuffed crazy bread, and Italian cheese bread, but the employee told me they didn’t have anything I ordered. I never received a phone call to notify me, even though a staff member claimed he had tried to call. I asked why he didn’t leave a message, and he said he was too busy. It's unacceptable to allow a customer to place and pay for an order only to find out it's unavailable...

On September 21, 2022, at 6:30 PM, I ordered a deep dish pizza at the Highway 80 location in Pearl, MS, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional team I observed during my wait. Every staff member took great pride in their work and in the restaurant as a whole. From the cashier to the person making the pizzas, the man cutting and boxing them, and the individual managing the drink fridge, every action was deliberate and efficient. Plus, everyone had a genuine smile on their faces. What an amazing team!
I ordered a deep dish pizza on September 21, 2022, at 6:30 PM and had the pleasure of observing an exceptional team at the Little Caesars on Highway 80 in Pearl, MS while I waited. Everyone took pride in their work and in their store! From the cashiers to the pizza maker, the person cutting and boxing the pizzas, and the individual maintaining the beverage fridge, every action was efficient and purposeful. Plus, they all wore smiles. Fantastic team!
Disgusting. I ordered ICB and marinara. The cashier Brilyan was rude and talking on the phone at the drive thru. Then dropped my money and gave me back the change he wanted to give. The bread is not fresh, too much butter or garlic or whatever this is on it. The sauce is disgusting and doesn't taste right. I'll never go to this location again.
Ummm... so this location is usually full of patrons, and service is most often slow as molasses as they are usually short on supply... seems they aren't interested in producing quality products or timely service in my opinion. The girl at the drive through today was very VERY very nice however. (5 stars to her for doing her part well)

I waited more than an hour for my pizza. The first one I received was cold and undercooked, so they had to prepare another. If you're looking for a hot meal without the long wait, I recommend avoiding this location.
