Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible service. I placed an online order and it should have been ready by 4:19pm at the latest. I get to the window at 4:18pm and was told that my crazy puffs would not be ready for another 10 minutes and to pull around and wait. I waited the 10 minutes and pulled around and no one answered the drive through speaker. After waiting a few minutes I pulled directly to the window and waited another few minutes before finally yelling through the open window asking for someone. Someone finally came to the windows after I yelled 3 times for help, said just one minute, sir and walked back off before I could say a word. I waited another minute and finally someone came and gave me the order that was...

The young lady at the drive through window was very sweet. The crazy bread had hardly any seasoning. It used to be covered in Parmesan, it hardly was it was doughy. Is it just me getting old grumpy or has the standard dropped by like 7 pts. on all goods services since the whole Covid-19 scare?

Service is always good, but it's a 50/50 chance pizza will be great or have as much flavor as the box itself.
