Really disappointed with this place. My family and I went to eat here for lunch and spent about $200. It took 45 minutes alone for CHIPS and SALAD to come out and 20 minutes for our soft drinks. I understand it was a little busy, however the number of people and the wait of food did not correspond. The pizza we ordered were very average and the linguine was not tasty. Overall we definitely do not recommend. Service was poor and slow, and the food was not worth the wait nor price. I'm happy to pay money for quality food but for $20 worth of chips we got about two handfuls. Not to mention my dad is on a walker and to get down to the eating area there are about 4 big/steep steps not very access...

The price per person was around $80 to $100, which I found to be well worth it considering the quality of the meal. Each of the five dishes I sampled was outstanding, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, earning a solid five stars. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout the evening. The atmosphere also deserves a mention, as it was truly delightful. Vegetarian options: They have a variation of vegetarian options, reception very friendly, and nice view. However, if you are willing to wait almost hour for a cold raw pizza... This is your place. This is my first time in this place, as I recently came from abroad (Europe). I have to say that I was not impressed, neither keen to wait this much, charged extra for being a holidays break time, to receive half raw cold pizzas. I couldn't even eat it. And about the quality of the pizzas, dominoes pizza migh be a better option. At least is dominoes will be fully cooked.
This place sucks!!!!! We were 13 people and everybody disliked the food. Pizza came out raw, not eatable. Caesar salad had no taste due to the sauce, chicken must’ve been frozen was chewy. Only thing that we could eat was the potato chips. We all ran to the bathroom for hours after visiting this restaurant and had stomach aches. Not to mention the food took very long to come out and they brought out kids pizzas last (had to ask for it as they forgot). Staff was nice although no table service but kitchen staff need to be worked on! Book a table now

Under staffed and Staff not trained well. Not very clean and very slow service. We were finished our meals when are friends received theirs. Dietary restrictions: Advertised Gluten free meals but only pizza available. Disappointing Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200+
Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Won’t ever be coming back. Go anywhere else for pizza or pasta. Would rather give my money to anyone else but the flog that owns this place
As for wheelchair accessibility, it was quite inadequate. I had to struggle with a walker to navigate the space. It’s disappointing how disabled patrons are treated. Book a table now
