The food at this restaurant was mostly excellent, with a few exceptions. The chicken shrimp combo only had 2 shrimp, which was disappointing, and there was too much celery for my taste. However, the Shrimp Fried Rice was delicious and made up for the lack of shrimp in my combo. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. I will have to revisit and try some other dishes to see if there's something else I like. They also offer substitutions for celery if requested in advance. While the prices are a bit high, the exceptional service makes it worth it.
I want to start off by saying i have gone to Little Hollys for many years. In the past couple years I have noticed the quality of the food going down with each visit.Last night we did a take out of a combo fried rice and a type of chicken and vegetables. The chicken was more like jerky and the combo fried rice was dried out.At this point with the direction the quality has gone I would not recommend them nor will i return again.
My family and I enjoy dining at this restaurant. We have struggled to find a good Chinese restaurant, so we are thankful to have discovered Little Holly's in Highlands Ranch. The atmosphere is clean, well-organized, and has an authentic Asian feel. The staff is friendly and makes all guests feel welcomed and valued. I especially like sitting at the bar area, enjoying sushi and a glass of wine for a special dining experience.
This restaurant is amazing with fantastic food. The menu is great! I tried the appetizer sampler, miso and hot and sour soup, and chicken with steamed vegetables. The dipping sauces were also delicious. The waiter was fantastic and the food came out quickly. The sushi was tasty and full of flavor. You can't make a wrong choice here with any item on the menu. The waitstaff is very attentive.

I was told to set wherever I want, I picked a table and got surprised that the staff is cleaning and chopping the vegetables in the middle of the dining room see photos), the waiter smelled a strong smell of cigarettes freshly smoked , I’m giving 2 stars just for the value of the food according to the quantity
We get take out from here very often. It’s the best around and we love the food every time. Quick and consistent. Can’t wait to try more items from the menu. Always friendly and kind. It feels good to support a business like this.
The food is good at this restaurant. The customer service is mediocre, especially during peak hours when picking up orders. The owners don't even acknowledge customers, only the people at the bar and those paying with debit cards.
