My kind of place! Atmosphere is very chilled, I like that there were quite a few people doing work on their computers/reading, so it was quiet enough to do work, but busy enough that there was a warm and buzzy vibe. Staff were just perfect, authentic and not obtrusive, efficient and funny. I had the veggie stack with an egg - I'll admit I will destroy anything with haloumi next to it, but I was so so so happy with every element on the plate. What a great casual cafe- super menu with a good selection to appeal to everyone. The food we sampled was fresh and flavoursome. Particularly enjoyed the scallop ceviche with cucumber, line, delicately blended with pink peppercorns - just perfect! As for the duck fat potatoes perfectly cooked - crunchy! The baby squid ever so slightly cooked with baby veges, again the cooking was A 1, fresh and tasty. So if you are looking for something in South Freo this little spot is definitely worth trying - service was also efficient and friendly.

Love this little nook in South freo. What a pleasant cosy cafe. Great service, great food, friendly efficient staff. Drinks come out quickly and food was about 20min wait keeping in mind this was 8am on a Saturday morning - every seat was taken! They even have a kids corner with toys and a little fence to keep toddlers safely in one spot! Coffee was great too! And if you have bigger kids with ants in their pants there is a quaint community park just down King William St that they can play in whilst breakky is being made! ????

The menu looks good and it has a lovely ambiance. Definitely be back for dinner one evening.
