I'd actually give it 3 and a half stars. What I really love about this place is the atmosphere, the variety of vegan options, and the diverse menu overall. Their coffee drinks are also fantastic! However, there are a few things that could use some improvement. For instance, it would be wonderful if they used high-quality local bread for their sandwiches, such as from The Breadery or Great Harvest, as it would really enhance the sandwiches' flavor. Today, I ordered the vegan BLT and was disappointed to find only a single slice of tomato on it; I would have appreciated having two slices, especially since it’s supposed to be a BLT. Little Market Cafe is pretty nice. It's in a neat spot and they serve at the back of the building which is very convenient for those parked in Lot D downtown. The outdoor seating is pretty cool, and they have a fire pit. It's a pretty good spot forsitting and chatting away from the busy Main Street. As far as food and drink, it's been okay. I really appreciate theirselection of vegetarian and vegan options. It's above average for similar places I've been to. They have some interesting lattesand sandwiches. I'm Vegan and they have the most delicious Dairy free and meatless sandwiches with vegan cheese and condiments, which is rare. They also have pizzas, meat sandwiches, crafted sodas (Black Cherry was so good! , chips, and bakery desserts. I've reallyenjoyed their Open Mic Nights, currently held on Thursday evenings as of this post in Aug. 2022. Rob of Ilyaimy band does anexcellent job hosting, giving equal time to performers, and creating a respectful space to share music. While visiting Ellicott City as a family, Little Market Cafe was a perfect lunch spot with a five-year-old. Here's why: 1) Food: They have salads, sandwiches, ships, flavored lemonade and more! The turkey sandwich with cranberry jam was great! My wifeloved the BLT. 2) Seating: They have outdoor seating with shade and live music Saturday afternoons. 3) Location: It's off MainStreet and next to a top-rated ice cream shop. 4) Parking: There's a large lot right by it!

The cappuccino and soup at this restaurant were delicious, however, the cashier provided poor service. She was inattentive, added items to my order that I didn't request, and made mistakes with other parts of my order. In the future, the cashier should make sure to confirm orders with customers to avoid errors. It was a mistake on my part to assume she had gotten my order right.
Lived in the Baltimore area my entire life. First time visiting Main Street Ellicott City and it won't be my last! Stumbled upon the Little Market Cafe while looking for a parking space. The LMC is a must stop when in Ellicott City! Delicious sandwiches,tasty drinks and live music. What more could we have asked for! Trust me, you will not be disappointed ????
I had a wonderful time at Little Market Cafe. The Ruben sandwich was great and so was the iced chai latte. The Concert In The Courtyard was awesome with Richard Walton Group on that Sunday.
Nice place to grab breakfast in a unique location. I got a bagel sandwich. It was good enough, nothing to write home about but much better than a fast food breakfast.

The lemonade here is incredibly refreshing! This venue has a delightful and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend checking it out!
