I had high hopes of this location after reading the reviews on yelp, but I was disappointed. Food was tasty enough, but the portion size and what they were charging in my opinion didn't correlate. I did, bottomless, mimosas, and they serve you a premade mimosa mix, and they take a while to refill your cup. If I'm buying bottles, samosas, that means I want to drink, not look for you and try to wave you down so I can get a refill of mainly orange juice. Overall, the ambience was well enough, food was tasty but overpriced. My biggest disappointment was the bottomless mimosa service. Don't have a bottomless mimosa auction if you're not gonna honor it or take your sweet time to refill my cup. Do...

We had a fantastic staff lunch at Little Onion! My coworker's fajitas looked absolutely amazing, and I heard the lobster tacos were a hit as well. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I ordered the Lil' O Salad with a few modifications, and it exceeded my expectations. The chicken was tender and wonderfully seasoned, and I appreciated that it was on the larger side, which is something I love in an entrée salad. The table salsa was delicious, but be careful if you're sensitive to spice—it's quite hot! Our server, Miguel, was excellent—very attentive and friendly. I also really liked the atmosphere; it's cozy without feeling cramped. I can't wait to return for happy hour!
We were die hard El Torito fans since the early 90's. My daughter, now in her 30's, would visit there at least once per week, until I turned her on to Le Cebollita. This is the new family favorite. The only bad thing is that it's not close to either of our homes. However, it's worth the drive and makes it more special. Chips are good, salsa is the right heat, and drinks are refreshing. I've never had a margarita flight until I went to this place. Lobster tacos, to die for. Mole, deep flavor. Mexican pizza, better than you'd think you'd get from a Mexican pizza. I recommend it to all my friends and those traveling to town.
Had family visiting who wanted some good Mexican fare. Found this place near the John Wayne airport. We had limited time as someone had a flight immediately after our lunch but service was very quick even though the place looked full with the business lunch crowd. The food was very good. The taco burrito was huge but I found myself finishing it as it wasn't really heavy. The sauce (mole? on it was very tasty. Rice and beans were seasoned well. Everyone was happy with their meal. Prices were a little on the high end but the quality makes it definitely worth going to again, even if I need to drive up from south OC. Book a table now
Chips 4.5/5 We were originally given cold chips. Ask for fresh chips then they are delicious. Mexican Pizza with Ground Beef 3.5/5 It's a little plain. It needs something else added to it. Tamale with Pork 1/5 Served room temperature and was dry and flavor was mediocre. Cheese Enchiladas 2/5 The cheese was not melted. The flavor was good.
The food is fantastic, but I find the prices to be too high for what you receive. What's with these prices? Additionally, the sign outside indicated that closing hours are at 9, but when I walked in, the waitress informed me that they were already closing. It was only 7:50 PM on a Wednesday. So which is correct?
The food here is fantastic and truly authentic. I highly recommend this place! Patty, the bartender, welcomed me and crafted the best margarita I've had in Orange County. If you’re considering a visit, do it—you won’t regret it. The food is great, and the service is exceptional!
h, in the video we got the margarita float, which was absolutely delicious and came with all the different different flavors and they were all very tasty. The staff was quick and very kind and considerate all the flavors were immaculate. We will definitely be back. Book a table now
Little Onion was one of our go-to spot when I worked in CM. Great food, great service. Highly recommend.
The spiciest Michelada I’ve ever had (and I have them everywhere I can) and I loved it. So good.
