I had high hopes for this place. I really did. The cafe is small with large tables and plenty of seating. The menu is pristine. Just what I was looking for. Greedily I've ordered a ton of food. ... just for me lol. Only to be met with one of the worst customer service I've experienced so far. Matcha mochi waffles Beautiful. Also, it's not soggy. this use to be my go to spot for Vietnamese Coffee, however I ordered one today this looks like a mocha iced coffee. The expresso shot is burnt and I had to ask for milk because it was given to me super dark. I can't even drink it Super disappointed, especially when this was my go to spot! The two ladies need to be replaced , the one who took my order looked like she did not want to be there and was on her phone. Super unprofessional and poor customer service.Unprofessional I would recommend another spot especially after wasting 10$ for two drinks, poor service and simply just bad coffee.
With so many coffee options to choose from (it literally took me the longest to make my selection!), I decided on the Mint Mocha with pistachio milk. They offer a wide range of dairy alternatives, and I still dream about that pistachio milk! I can’t wait to return and try more traditional Asian flavors, like ube or pandan. amazing eating! absolutely in the love with her green apple tee with strawberry pop — the kimchi reis vegetarian is also amazing. they don't even take me on the veggie spring roles, I almost inhaled them haha. definitiw recommend to support small/large quality companies in harrison!

As you can tell by most of the bad reviews, this place has a very rude staff. If you dont like your job, get a new one!! MThe boba is straight mid, Lincredibowl in Kearny beats this place by a long shot. Seriously… stay away from this place.
i came here for a brown sugar boba and what i got was essentially all milk.. kind of disappointing. even after thoroughly shaking and blending my drink the color was white like milk and tasted of barely any other ingredients.

A relaxing place with nice rose lattee, all at a reasonable price. The dumplings are definitely good texture,especially the sauce. You won't regret enjoying a small peaceful taste and rest here.

I used to love this place, but I'm becoming increasingly disappointed. They gave me the wrong item for my pickup order, and the customer service was lacking.
The experience was nice the Bobba tea was really good. The only thing that can be improved on is the tapioca balls were undercooked.
