Favourite place to go for a coffee after dropping kids off at he pool for their early morning training session. Not sure about winters, but he opened at 05:30 during the summer. What a great place to sit and see the sun come up and see people arrive for their early morning swim. The coffee is great and the guys are always in for a chat. Not pretentious like the place over the road, and the coffee is miles better.
I had a great experience at this cafe! The coffee was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Although the seating was limited, the casual atmosphere made it no problem. I enjoyed visiting every morning for my coffee fix, and I also tried a tasty blueberry muffin.
This charming cafe serves great coffee compared to others in the area, where the drinks often taste watered down. I've noticed that they always serve their coffee extra hot, which is a refreshing change from the lukewarm coffees I've had elsewhere.

We followed the barista Simon from Cimbalinos Dalkeith to his new and pretty hole in the wall with view of the ocean and a small cookie and quiche menu. Highly recommend for the excellent coffee and worth a drive.<br/
Favorite coffe-spot. Awesome spot for coffee and people-watching any day a week. Had coffees and banana bread with a friend visiting from Vic on Friday morning and we truly enjoyed both treats and friendly staff.
This restaurant is a hidden gem, as it may easily be overlooked from the outside. However, their coffee is top-notch and their muffins are impressively large and delicious.
Best coffee in Perth in my book and I have tried most of them. Very friendly atmosphere. Staff are amazing. Could improve food offerings but coffee is amazing.
