I chose to have the amount credited towards my next order, unaware that this decision would lead to a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Despite my efforts to reach her over the next two months, she ignored my calls and texts. It's disheartening to see such a drastic change in her responsiveness, especially after she had already received our money. This lack of customer service and disregard for communication is unacceptable.

Yamini baked a cake for our son’s first birthday party. She is so easy to work with, we let her know about our preferences and we were not disappointed at all. All our guests loved the flavor and the birthday boy couldn’t stop eating as well.
