This place is awful! I've tried shopping here several times because it's one of the few places in NJ that sells Boar's Head cold cuts. Every time I order, I politely ask for my meat to be sliced very thinly. They even have a chart showing how to cut the slices, so they should clearly understand what "very thin" means. Each time, the staff smiles and assures me it will be done, but when I get home, the slices are so thick I wouldn’t even feed them to a dog! I'm usually not one to complain, but this feels like a complete disrespect. Purchased a 12 Jersey Shore Deli Sandwich listed on the wall above the Deli for $12.99. When I got to the register I was overcharged $6 or $18.99. When I mentioned it to our cashier Des....she called the Deli.....she said that prices had gone upbut, credited us $6 because the board price was incorrect. It was good Customer Service on Des Livoti's part. Unfortunately Iwas also overcharged for 2 loose rolls(Brickoven , Ciabatta) bin price was $1.25 each and I was charged $1.50 each. Pleasecorrect the roll sandwich prices for correctness. A $6.00 increase equates to a 33% increase....a little steep. Sandwich wasexcellent!
Livoti's Old World Market is an incredible store with a vast variety of products! They offer everything from fresh produce and deli meats to ready-made meals, fresh mozzarella, a full-service butcher, and fresh seafood. You can also find olive oil, eggs, juices, and much more. The store is spotless, and the staff is warm and accommodating. On my recent visit, everything was just as outstanding as ever. I can't recommend Livoti's highly enough—it's genuinely a fantastic place! Nothing has changed; it remains consistently excellent. I absolutely love Livoti's!

Love this home town shopping market especially for the .99 cents pasta tons of variety! Fresh summer fruits , yummy baked goods, always sales and of course of course Home made meals of yummy things. Tons of Italian canned tomatoes for sauce ????great fresh mozzarella and pre made salads are my favorites . Plus the chicken cutlets for cooking and the marinated turkey London broil you have to make on the grill heavenly!!
My husband and I enjoy shopping at your Englistown location. We love the wide variety of pasta, vegetables, deserts, cold cuts, and meats. The freshly made mozzarella is a treat. The only thing that I don't like is the crabby older gentleman at the deli. His attitude is less than acceptable. If people annoy him, then he's in the wrong business
What a great store! Need a quick meal? So many prepared foods that look amazing! We had some of the balsamic artichokes and antipasto salad which was fantastic! So many choices and the bakery has beautiful treats waiting to be devoured... The staff was quite friendly and helpful too :

I've also observed that Livoti's often replies to customers dissatisfied with the quality of their chicken by saying it's a rare issue. However, given the number of complaints, it might be time to reevaluate their quality standards.
