I'm not sure if they've had a change in management, but our experience today was disappointing compared to our usual visits. As shown in the photo, one of our meals had an absurdly small amount of BBQ. We also ordered a side of steamed veggies, which cost $6 but amounted to less than half a cup. Additionally, you can see in the photo that they skimped on the spam, cutting it oddly small—usually, it's about the same size as the rice. We used to really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately, it won’t be an option for us anymore. There are plenty of better places for Hawaiian food.
Update: What makes this experience even more frustrating is that they open and check your order right when they hand it to you. Usually, the service is great, but lately it hasn’t been. This is about the third time it’s happened. I’m not usually picky, so I still eat the food, but it’s not what I ordered, and I don’t have time to return it during my lunch break. This wouldn’t happen if they prioritized answering the phone or assisting the person on the phone before helping customers in person. It’s a bit disappointing because I love the food and the fast service.
This restaurant is a true find! I've always had a passion for Hawaiian cuisine, and this place did not disappoint. The food was served quickly and at the perfect temperature. We even received warm sauces to take with us. We ordered the mini Loco Moco, mini Kalua Pork, and Katsu chicken, all of which were served with white rice and macaroni salad. They also boasted an extensive selection of Hawaiian drinks—I've never seen so many options! I tried the Green Tea Lychee drink, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving Hawaiian food!
Wow... Delicious! The spring rolls were a little soggy, but the rest of the food was top-notch. Everything was cooked evenly, and the BBQ flavor was fantastic. The mac salad was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was at a local BBQ spot in Hawaii—no joke! The prices are great, and the portion sizes are just right. The cooks did an excellent job, and the customer service was wonderful. There's parking available too. Would I come back? Absolutely, every time I'm in town!

I just ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats. Looking at the pictures on Google, I was concerned that the portions might be small, but they actually turned out to be quite generous. I ordered the mixed BBQ, which came with plenty of meat, along with rice and macaroni salad. They also included the sauce and sriracha on the side, which was a nice extra touch. Additionally, the adorable packaging with a smile was a lovely bonus!
Terrible customer service. Both Google and their own sign state they close at 11 PM, so we drove a long way to get food. When we arrived at 10:25 PM, they were already closing. The cashier was leaving with her food and said the cooks had other things to do and no one wanted to work, so they were closing early now. I can’t comment on the food since we didn’t get any, but we definitely won’t be coming back.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and was promptly notified that they were out of lau lau. I decided to switch my order to the meat combo, which featured kalbi, teriyaki steak, and teriyaki chicken. The new dish was truly delicious! I left a generous tip, and the delivery driver arrived quickly with my order. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
Just did uber eats from here. Looking at the Google pictures I thought the portion wouldn't be enough for me but the portion is quite generous. I had the mixed BBQ which came along with good portion of meat served with rice and macaroni salad. They havepacked the sauce and siracha separately as well and not to forget the packaging with a smile was cute.
