I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happen...
We can always rely on having a great meal at Lobster House!! It is a great place to go and be casual and relax while enjoying fresh seafood!!
I've been to the Lobster House several times and haven't had anything I didn't like! Good service and friendly atmosphere!
We enjoyed our meals despite not having the fullest of appetite (both sick). We'll certainly be back!
