I’ll start with this, the food is great, just about the best impossible burger I’ve had. However, I suggest going and eating in the restaurant. It’s expensive and every time I’ve ordered for delivery or takeout one of the burgers has been completely wrong, or outright missing and someone hasn’t been able to eat (we keep trying occasionally because the food is really good).We tried again tonight, for a birthday request. when we placed our order at 4:15pm, we were informed delivery would be at 5:15pm, no problem, worth the wait. There was no communication until 5:20pm. At 5:20pm we were notified that LBB had canceled our order, explanation given was ‘one of your items is unavailable’. Nothing...
This is my second time visiting this establishment my friends and I were craving a burger, which satisfied our taste buds.Food: The burgers were perfectly cooked. I got the Bigger Burger had some kinda amazing sauce. The fries were *crispy*! If you're like me, I believe soggy fries are the worst. The fries here were cooked to order AND crispy.Nutella milkshake never had it but I'm one to explore flavors. Just do it.Service: It was a little busy inside when we went however service was prompt.You won't regret visiting here and definitely will add to my regular rotation of restaurants to visit. My taste buds and wallet were happy it was a good value considering the location and the area.
Used to be good. Now everytime we order, something is off. Most recently placed an order for the Big Burger and fries and I arrive to pay and they inform me that they are out of fries. Umm, okay? So then I unwrap the burger when I get home and I had asked for “everything” except onions. My burger just has a slice of cold cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on in. No special sauce or pickles as it usually has and as listed on the menu. Dry as can be. For $13 with no fries? I give up on this place.
We did a online order and did not receive the majority of the drinks or some of the sides we ordered. Can not get in touch with the Greenlake site via phone. I have emailed the corporate contact with an initial response back but have not heard anything since for a refund on missing items.
