On Memorial Day, I had some of the best bbq I have experienced in recent years. The kind of bbq that you have to close your eyes while eating because you’re being transported to bbq heaven. Beef brisket from the Gods and ribs so tender and smokey flavored that your eyes tear up just a little. Yea that good. The bbq was from a local food truck called “Kutz Q BBQ”.Midweek I found myself craving another dose of that deliciousness. To my dismay, I couldn’t track down Kutz Q BBQ.
