I've been coming to the restaurant regularly with a friend as I live locally. Yesterday we were here for 3 hours and I had a couple of beers and food as I normally do. After I left I took my car, dropped my friend and then headed towards my mum's. On the way I was pulled over by 3 police cars with over 10 police officers got out and began to interrogate me harshly. They took my car keys, forced me out of the car and told me that the restaurant had reported me for drink driving. I was in shock. I was forced to take a breathalyser test and was about to be arrested and my car was about to be seized. The result was 0.19/0.35 so I was half way under the limit. Had a lovely evening at this place. It had a relaxed atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. The food was amazing. Calamari with chilli mayo for starter was so good we had to order. I had paccheri with sausage for main course that was nice and filling (on top of the calamari! bit wonderfully tasty. My wife had the salmon, which she loved. This is the second time we have been here and it is just tremendous.
The food was fine: we had sea bass and grilled chicken, focaccia the best!! and tiramisu aperol spritz!!!yay . The chicken was too dry and we had to wait for the focaccia but our waitress, Maria, was very attentive, smiling and super nice! Thumbs up to her, she made our meal better.
