I may have gone on an 'off' day; but it was the lunch DineLA and the space was quaint, which was nice, but I could see that at the table I was sat, the table linens were not clean, I was moved without any issues, however I over heard customers complaining about the wait time to place orders, one couple just up and left. I did wait some time for my check, I had to get up and ask the staff to close me out and there was only one person working the whole floor. The two men in the kitchen, I could hear lecturing the one floor staff member on why the staff member didn't call for back up that day? I was put off by that, an employee is not responsible for that. Excellent everything. They saved our table when we called to say we would be minutes or so late and they hat we would be instead of . Everyone was very pleasant and the food was delicious. We were not rushed. Even their valet parking attendant is great.
