The café on platform 2 offers exceptional service, thanks to a lady who consistently remembers my coffee order and even has it ready for me while I wait in line. I’m sure she serves hundreds of customers each morning. This kind of dedication results in a fantastic customer service experience from someone who clearly takes pride in their work. I wish my experiences at other coffee outlets in the station were as enjoyable as this one!
The staff here are extremely friendly, and it’s the only place where we get our morning coffee along with a complimentary smile. It's definitely better than Costa! However, it's a pity they don't offer chai lattes.
Once the best coffee spot in Ely, it's now slightly overshadowed by Nero, which is located nearby. However, it still offers good quality coffee and is a great choice for a quick drink before catching a train.
