Wer den Blautopf in Blaubeuren nahe Ulm zum Ausflugsziel auserkoren hat, sollte früh aufstehen. Der Andrang ist immens, auch in den gastronomischen Betrieben – und das nicht nur am Wochenende und nicht nur zur Ferienzeit. Man tut gut daran, nach Umrundung der überschaubaren, aber sensationell türkisblauen Karstquelle zügig ein Lokal aufzusuchen. Tatsächlich gelingt es uns, an einem Sonntagvormittag Anfang August gegen 11 Uhr 45 einen der letzten freien Tische im Aussenbereich des Hotel Restaurants Löwen am Marktplatz zu ergattern.
