we were in the hotel for 2 nights, ate there on both it was excellent. delicious, with love care, with large service. the dining room is a beautiful bright art deco room. we had drinks on the terrace to begin. good for vegetarian, although not much choice it was so good I was happy to eat the same 2 nights in order! the heavenly dessert was beautiful!
we had a relaxed dinner with the dog with good value over three courses. butternut squash cream brulee was a nice touch with Petersnip wars and the beetroot puree was a great idea to add drama to the dorads. a pleasant evening with a...nice bottle muscadet.
despite the restaurants that went very busy with a series of parties on, we were well sought after and treated to some excellent cooking and service. when you visit sables d’or, this is not a hotel/restaurant to miss.
we both (my wife and I) enjoyed dinner here. everything was a joy and teller were empty when they went back. personal very firing and patient (I have no hair) and especially very helpful in the recommendations.
