We have been mistreated and physically attacked by the reception employee at les Airelles. We sent a dinner reservation request by email for Dec 31st with wife and kid. We got a reply with the menu and if we would like to confirm. We confirmed in reply to that email. All done mid November. All of a sudden when I asked what time we would be welcome 1 day prior there was no confirmation, no availability and no excuse. Unfortunately we booked a table here. after asking what time we would be welcome we found out that our reservation was not processed correctly at all. Since we were coming from far away we wanted a phone call to ask what had gone wrong. While we had confirmed well in time. Immediately there was a rude response. I come in many hotels and many restaurants as you can tell by my reviews. But never in my life have I (or my family) been treated so rudely.
