Very nice discovery this noon, I was able to taste a 500 g lobster cooked in a tasty swimming and accompanied by a very good rust sauce. Lobster flesh is very tasty, cooking is successful, you can even pass sauce. my darling has taken the beef tataki and it's a pleasure too, the grilled cuisine that gives a very good flavor and the homemade pepper and roquefort sauces are to fall.
