I was hoping to love this place more. The menu is so interesting and the chef well known with ties to multiple eateries in the area. Our salad of butter lettuce and pork belly was fantastic. So much flavor! That is the best thing we had to be honest. My chicken thighs were actually on the dry side and that’s hard to do with a thigh. The trout was very mildly seasoned as was the chicken fried steak. I wish we would have tried the garlic tenderloin. The restaurant was full, so I’m guessing we ordered the wrong entrees
The wait staff were awesome. Stefan was our server. He was helpful with suggestions to aid us in choosing our dishes. He was attentive and kind. All of the staff worked well together to help one another. The food was fantastic. Loved the bison ribeye and the elk Foie Gras sliders. Overall great experience.
While our waiter was helpful, he was not attentive. Our steaks were cool, not warm. The worst part was he aerved my husbands birthday dessert on an empty plate since his mistimed the delivery of of our dessert order. Try singing to an empty plate.
we had a great time! our server was friendly attentive. because this was our first time when eating in lonesome dove, our server offered suggestions for ordering. every single product was uniquely delicious! can not wait to come back

We have traveled the world and eaten at many restaurants, but this was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The food was unbelievable! The service was over the top !!
