There is no designated handicap parking available, and the entrance and exit aren't clearly marked. The establishment could benefit from some enhancements to its appearance. It is situated in a nice shopping area, but it isn't very accessible for individuals with disabilities. As for wheelchair access, it is somewhat available but does not fully comply with ADA standards.
I can't rate the restaurant on their food.. because after waiting after 25 minutes for my food I asked for a refund and left. I guess they took the fast out of fast food. I went next door to KFC and had my hot food within a minute of ordering.
The quality of the food has seriously declined. The chicken was undercooked and still tough in the middle. I'm not sure what went wrong because this used to be a fantastic place, but that was back in the 90s.

Very slow service.I asked for extra crispy fries. they were not extra crispy. If they called that extra crispy I'd hate to see what anything less would be. Frozen?
