I came all the way from Festus tonight and waited there 5 minutes before close time. I waited at the speaker saying Hello for them to ignore me for those few minutes. They turned out the lights on me and didnt even say they were closing. I was there in line before close time and they should of helped me but did not. Now that is horrible service and I will start traveling to Farmington Long John's because this place is going down hill. Which is sad because I remember coming here with my grandparents as a kid! I went to the long john silver in arnold several times, because my older mom likes to cajau and it seems that they are the only ones that have it. So today I went to my mother and to her side she asked for wobble rings and coleslaw. when I told the girl who went through the drive, she told me they had no wobble rings. I told her that it shows that they have them on their menu online. she said they didn't and what it shows online is not her problem. So I ordered koleslaw and mais. When I came into the window, zoey was as always very rude. So I get the food home and the fish was super fat, where the box was fat soaked and the koleslaw was nothing but cauliflower and mayonnaise. just disgusting...
Awesome service, we pulled up in a semi truck after the dining room was closed, pouring rain so we ordered in the drive thru, really wish we would’ve gotten their names but the young lady with the blue hair offered to bring out our food to the truck, we noticed we were missing our coleslaw and not a minute later the manager is bringing out 2 coleslaws. No doubt best LJS we’ve ever been in. Food was good too
One thing I love about working on the road is eating at the places we don't have at home. I haven't had LJS since I was a kid, but it was just the way I remember.Lobster bites for the win!!
