I recently experience a terrible visit! I'm not sure if race played a card or if it was simply because we had a terrible waitress but upon sitting down we never received any water, we see a Caucasian couple come in AFTER us who got water and greeted by our waitress before we did. She took forever to bring our food, it was friend birthday and we were told they would get a birthday sundae never received it. She only came to the table twice, we had to keep asking other waiters for things. To add insult, the family in front of us was greeted with a birthday song and ice cream. We spent well over $100 and this is how we were treated. Very disappointed.

The worst steak I ever had! I ordered the ribeye medium. But I received the rarest steak I ever saw. When the waiter finally came to the table he noticed that I had hardly touched the steak. He asked me if I wanted a box. I showed him the steak and told him that it was supposed to be medium, he just looked at the steak and said “sorry” and that the steak looked really red. No offer to recook the steak or bring something else instead. I just asked for the check, paid and left. I will not be going back. The staff needs to care a little more regarding what they are serving to the customer.

My only negative with Longhorn was the host wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. Once we got past him, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We ordered two appetizers: mushrooms and spinach dip. The mushrooms were exceptional. 5/5. The spinach dip was okay but nothing to write home about 3/5Our group ordered mostly steaks although my wife ordered the Parmesan chicken with ribs. My ribeye was perfect. 5/5 Her chicken was good but I didn’t try the ribs. The bones slid out so at minimum they were overcooked. Our server Keegan was exceptional, attentive and friendly. 5/6

Holy cow. What a disaster of a restaurant. Was there for almost a hour and half and left without eating anything. Waited a hour for a medium rare steak to come out very very well done. Not a single speck of red anywhere to be found. I just returned the entire meal and said I didn’t want anything. It wasn’t busy and the other tables in the area were also complaining on why everything was taking incredibly long. Do not go here. There is sooo many options in the area. Stay clear
