I've visited this location many times but my experience on Wednesday 3/6/24 was nearly perfect which is way I decided to write a review! My party of 3 was seated relatively quickly which earned a star. The bread and drinks came out quickly! The bread was hot and soft while my iced tea was PERFECT...strong, sweet and cold!! Another star earned! Our server Ashley was a doll with her cute accent! She was friendly and attentive....always checking in and brought drink refills without request...so another star earned for service! Now here's where I took off a star...it felt like an hour before our dinner came out! I was on my 2nd glass of iced tea and nearly full of bread before our dinner plates...
We went on a weekend and holiday. Walked in to 1 1/2hr wait to be seated. Luckily it only took 30mins. The bread was served without utensils. Bread was lukewarm by the time we got utensils. Then we ordered drinks appetizers. Apps came out timely. My drink sat waiting to be served for 30mins. It came Super watered down. The bartender said my server didn't get a chance to pick it up so she brought it to me. Next we ordered 3 entrees. All came out lukewarm. Our server had 5 tables besides us. Free iced tea refills were not timely. We were served by backup staff more than our actual server. We had 3 to go cartons. Bcuz eating there was no longer pleasant. I have no desire to attend the establish...
During my visit, I had a rather average experience. Our server, Ashley H., was excellent! She was attentive and friendly, ensuring our glasses were never low or empty. However, my friend and I both ordered well-done burgers, and they arrived less than well done. We sent them back for further cooking, but they still had a bit of pink in them. We decided to take them home and call it a night. The manager handled our complaint and offered us a small discount. If I return, I think I'll just stick to tea and appetizers!
I ordered the lamb with Parmesan crust, accompanied by veggies and mashed potatoes, while my friend opted for shrimp and fries. The lamb chop was cooked perfectly, but the Parmesan topping was a letdown—it was overly oily and greasy, so I ended up scraping it off. The shrimp, on the other hand, was quite good, and my drink was enjoyable as well.
Overall, I'm not sure if this was just an off day, but I might give it another try in the future.

If you're looking for exceptional service, head to the Longhorn in Lindbergh and ask for Brandy! I had a fantastic experience, and after years of visiting Longhorn, I had no idea you could request anything to be Parmesan crusted until she informed me! The Parmesan crusted fries she served were absolutely delicious! Thanks again, Brandy – we will definitely be returning!
Third time in a row they have gotten my To Go order wrong! It's pretty hard to mess up a Caesar Salad but they managed to do so TWICE. Third time I ordered salmon. The label on the container clearly says salmon and broccoli, yet they gave me steak and no broccoli. Where is the quality check before orders go out?? I will be going elsewhere from now on.
The prices at Longhorn are kind of insane for what you get. Also compared to Outback the food just isn't as great in my opinion. Service was also pretty slow, took forever to get refills and condiments. Was almost done with the meal before they came out. The server was super nice and funny but overall the experience wasn't the greatest.

Customer service here is non existent. Everybody rude. Soon as you walk in', the waiters and everybody. I ask the girl at the bar today what was her favorite drink to make. She said NOTHING, as in , please go away. So we did just that. Left , no money will be spent here ever again.
The service was great, and the food was outstanding. My favorite steak is the renegade sirloin. I also highly recommend the broccoli and fries as the perfect sides to accompany the steak.
