This was the WORSE Longhorns we have ever visited. Longhorns has been a favorite of my family for years now. We pick this restaurant when we go away, because we felt like we could count on the quality of food and a level of service from this company. But boy were we wrong. It started off great. We walked in and were greeted and seated quickly. But it went downhill fast! 2 out of 4 cups dirty. All our silverware dirty. So we asked for new items and continued with our dinner. Made my friends come here to experience the chocolate stampede. We've been getting it to go a lot, just that dessert, so haven't eaten in or ordered off the regular menu in a long time. Got Flo's filet with rice and the asparagus upgrade. It was worth it; perfect asparagus and a nice sized portion as well. Not soggy, not too crisp. My friend got broccoli and was also saying how perfect it was. It's nice they put just as much quality into all the items and not just the steak. Shrimp appetizer was also delish!
I encountered a rather unprofessional waitress during my visit. Several orders for our table were incorrect multiple times, and when I asked her to fix them, she seemed quite irritated. To make matters worse, I overheard her speaking negatively about us to a coworker.
Tonions were cold and the seasibibg was overkill on my husband's chicken but the manager on duty made it right by taking those items off our bill.

This is a nice restaurant overall. The owner stands by the entrance, which can feel a bit unsettling.
First time customer. We had awesome steaks and crispy Brussels sprouts. Plan to return.
