This is a copy of the message I sent to our local Longhorn 's in Bethlehem. There was not a response. Thank you for a wonderful meal. The steaks were delicious. Unfortunately we were missing a side of broccoli, there was sour cream in the topping for one of the potatoes that we asked to be left off and there wasn 't any compounded cinnamon butter for the bread. It may not sound like much but we bought 4 expensive combo meals for a family birthday. We expected what we ordered. We ended up sharing sides so no one felt slighted and made our own compounded butter. The person who wanted the -no sour cream loaded potato- just had butter on theirs. We tried to make reservations yesterday for group of 9 for graduation celebration, we were told to call today an hour out from arriving. We did and made reservation for our party of 9. Get inside and we are told we would have to wait because they had several parties from graduations and it would be between 30-50 minutes. While waiting we get texts saying our table is ready, we go to the host desk and it's not ready. Apparently another party of 9 came in and they got our table and we are still waiting. We have been here an hour. Would not recommend. Either you honor what you say about taking a reservation or you don't and keep track of who has reserved a table and make sure the right people g...
Waitress was very busy it seemed, not very attentive. Ordered the 9 oz filet med rare, man did they miss the mark on that. It was nearly well done. My daughter's 6 oz filet was also ordered med rare, hers was medium getting close to well. I don't like paying over $30 for overcooked steak. The brussel sprouts are usually one of my favorites, they were almost raw. They really missed the mark tonight.

We called ahead for a table, we arrived with our party along with receiving a text messages stating our table was ready. They called us so we could be seated, but the manager (Shaw) gave our table to another group. He said oh sorry will seat you in just a min. 40 min later and we are still waiting. Now I can understand WHY this Longhorn only has a 2 star review.
Ate here last night. The restaurant was cleaner than it has been in a while. Bathrooms, not so much. I ordered the new lemon garlic chicken and it didn't disappoint! Husband ordered a filet med rare and a lobster tail. Both were cooked to perfection. Our server was good, but could've pre-bussed a bit better. Overall please!
Quick date night with the kids. We come here often, they're always busy but we don't mind the wait. We've never had a bad experience here. The service is always good and our servers attentive. My steak is always cooked how I like and my kids enjoy dinning here.
Food was great fast. Everything was well seasoned. Our server was so nice and attentive. No wait time for a party of 6 on a Thursday afternoon which was excellent. Clean restaurant.
