With respect to how busy the restaurant was being a Sunday, we were good natured in the restaurant. We were waiting 15 minutes after being seated to be visited by a wait staff- just to introduce themselves, another 15 for our orders to be taken, at least 25 minutes before we got drinks, then appetizer another 25 for our food. I received my steak first and potatoes 10 min after. I was optimistic about my steak even though it was completely crispy on the outside. Although i ordered a medium rare, i received welldone. Every state I travel to that has a LongHorn steakhouse nearby I try to hit it before I leave. Yes there are a lot of steakhouses. Yes everybody has something they're good at. Longhorn is great at nearly everything. This location is no different. They have flat out mastered the art of making a good regular old steak. Always properly seasoned and cooked to the proper temperature. They don't use poor cuts of meat no gristle to bite through. Always tender juicy steak. That is what I had this time but I have certainly had the parmesan chicken, the red rock shrimp, the burger, and everything is just good. Went to dinner last night with 8 family members to celebrate a birthday. The service was great Maya M. Took care of us. The food was great I got the chicken wings extra crispy and a side salad. The wings were cooked to perfection. I will go back again we didn't have a long wait to get seated. Everyone I our party was happy. The only misstep was the perfect Margarita it tasted like it was poured from a bottle . I won't order that again $9.79) was not worth the money. The desserts were great. There were 3 on the menu we ordered them all. 5 stars!!!
The food was prepared perfectly AND was hot. Compliments to the cook! The service was well beyond our expectations. Our waiter was very respectful, humorous and fast. The host was equally as professional. Very friendly welcome and had amazing customer service skills. Will definitely be returning at this location when back in town.
