I sat near the bar and the employees were having loud personal conversations. The food took a long time to come out, a server came to the table with the wrong food at one point and walked away and no one came back for twenty minutes. Once the food finally arrived my ribeye was over cooked, and the lobster tail was like rubber. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here and I do not recommend eating here. Sucks because this is so convenient location wise. The best thing was the alcoholic beverage I ordered. It was really good actually and came out right away. I had a great steak dinner here. rival similar local steakhouse chains. new york strips came without a tonne fat and were perfectly cooked. our server was attentive, but the dinner felt haste. my only complaining was how fast everything was. there was hardly a patch and our appetizer, salad and dinner all came together. it has defeated the purpose of having the appetizers and salate. otherwise everything was great.
Went for the bone in Ribeye. Ordered Med rare and came out Med Well. Waitress was great and got me a new steak that was much better. Pretty consistent and staff is great.
