I will not be visiting this location again. My server was great (when I finally got a permanent server)! The experience was terrible from the 1hr wait, to the dirty silverware (complete with food specs) We ended up eating with plastic ware. Upon arrival we were told the wait would be 1 hour ok? we?ll wait. Once we were seated my table and the table next to mine didn?t see a server for about 25 minutes. Then we noticed a table who had just been seated had a server so we spoke up. Another 10 mins goes by and a server pops up and joking notes that they made a mistake and she would be serving us. We had to ask for bread (another 20 min wait) She took our entire order in one fell swoop and disapp...
I was rather let down by my visit. We arrived at 4:30 on a Friday when the restaurant wasn't busy, yet we had to wait to be seated because there was no one at the podium. After our server took our order, we waited about 45 minutes for our food, which was quite frustrating. My Caesar salad was soggy and not enjoyable at all. The entrée was just mediocre. However, I did notice that the steaks my friends ordered looked fantastic. I wanted to give this place another chance, but after this experience, I'm likely to keep avoiding Longhorn. Unfortunately, this used to be my favorite steakhouse, but it's no longer the case.
We arrived just before noon on a Saturday and noticed only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant. There was no hostess in sight, and it took about seven minutes before she finally appeared. She seated us and handed out dinner menus—no lunch menus were available. I had to look up the menu on my phone. Throughout this time, no server came over to greet us or check in. With all these red flags, my family and I decided to leave before placing any orders. Waiting 15 minutes without any acknowledgment is unacceptable anywhere. How can they not have their act together at noon? Disappointing.
I have always loved Longhorn's steaks, and that will never change. I used to always order the T-Bone, but after trying the Outlaw Ribeye, there's no going back! Recently, I decided to try something different for the first time and ordered the Crusted Parmesan Chicken. It was cooked to perfection, and I will definitely be ordering it again. I'm also excited to try more items from the menu. Of course, Brussels sprouts and asparagus will always be my go-to sides! I also had the chicken Caesar salad, and it was massive—big enough to satisfy three people!

This was my first visit to Longhorne, and we arrived around noon for lunch—perfect timing for immediate seating on a Saturday afternoon. Our server, Lauren, was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful, which really enhanced our experience. We started with a few appetizers, and our main dishes arrived shortly thereafter. While the presentation of the mushroom appetizer could use some improvement, everything else was delicious and exactly to our liking. We left around 2:30, and the waiting area was crowded; I'm really glad we got there early!
Went at 11:30 ...30 mins after opening we was seated immediately but there seem to be only one waiter so we waited alittle not too long. Before our orders was place, the appetizers was definitely not wat I expected wild wild west shrimp and my side of Brussel sprout was hideous, burnt and with no type of flavor. My neice half of rack of ribs were dry and burnt ? overlapping w barbecue sauce. Spoke w manager, offered a redo, politely decline, he took 20$ off the bill. I probably will not be returning to this location. ?
It's graduation season, so the restaurant was very crowded with many noisy children. When my drink arrived, I noticed a whole receipt at the bottom of the glass while stirring the ice, which was really disgusting. The manager kindly made me a new drink, but then we waited nearly an hour for our food. The food was good, but by that time, we were ready to leave. I don't think I will be coming back to this location.
Yesterday I visited restaurant. First of all I'd like to thank for the service. It was very good. Second one is steaks. That was amazing. I think it was one of the best place I have visited this year. Third one is the price. Price was very acceptable. For 3 person and 2 kids we have paid totally 146$ and got even take away. I recommend this place to everyone Khumoyun Akhmadjonov

The restaurant was a bit crowded, which caused some minor issues, but overall, I really enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak. I would suggest steering clear of the hours between 5:30 and 7:00 PM.
The food and staff were excellent. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
