I live near Morrow I've been going to this location for over a decade. My husband I only go once or twice a year because of SHEIRITA! If it wasn't for having to deal with her nasty attitude 100% of every visit we would probably go once a month. Every visit is the same. If we ask her for bread 15 mins after we arrive she will look me dead in my face with the most evil eyes say, I WAS GOING TO GET IT RIGHT NOW! My husband I are bar people so that is where we always sit. We drive up pray that the bitter old waitress is not working but she's always there. BEWARE Of ordering ONLINE at this location! They steal! I had an order for curbside pickup that was $100. Firstly when I arrived to check in on my phone, it said my order had already been picked up and to call the restaurant, which didn’t make sense because I obviously just got there! I called the restaurant they instantly bring the food out in less than 2 minutes but no receipt to sign as usual but I tipped in cash so I didn’t think much of it. A few days later my card is charged an extra $11 added to my order so apparently they tipped themselves again from my card!
Take out is the worst. Didn’t get my meal right at all. Sad but true no pictures of the food my camera makes it look too good. The manager the proceeds to say I am lying about not getting my correct order. The worst. Then he asked if I wanted a coupon why so he can do the same thing??? Then he says I’ll give you a gift card for the mistake as if I wanted to come back so they do it again, sorry no more chances, it’s a wrap!! Done. Save your money go to Arby’s.
I usually enjoy longhorns, but this one was terrible. The smell of bad dirty mop water just overpowered the entire experience. The waitress was ok, but seemed distracted and very short. The steak was very tough for medium with little to no seasoning. The best thing was the broccoli with butter. Will not be back. Book a table now
The fries were soggy and heavily seasoned. I think they should have been put in a separate container. The steak wasn't as good as usual, but the bread was hot and good. That was the best part of my meal. The service was pretty quick.
Went here casually after seeing a movie. Its longhorn so wasn’t expecting something super fancy. we were able to be seated in a timely manner even though it was fairly busy. service was fine, food was good. was an ok experience.
Every time I come to this place it takes longer than expected to receive my food (which was ordered online and paid a hour before pick up). This is the reason a lot of coworkers and myself had stop ordering from here.
