I was a little surprised when our local host pulled up in front for our dinner appointment. However, my faith in his judgment was justified. The ambience is unique: koi carp pond, bird cage, palm trees etc. Fortunately, the menu, service and cuisine matched up...well. Everything was top notch. Highlights: seafood soup with melted Parmesan; veal with wild mushrooms; creme brûlée to die for. Yum!
