Everything was incredibly flavorful and authentic. The birria was delicious, juicy, and tender. I highly recommend the birria quesadilla; the cheese complements the meat perfectly, and the tortillas are made fresh. Just a word of caution about the salsa on the tacos—it’s quite tasty but can pack a punch, so it might be wise to ask for it on the side.
In my opinion, Terra Bella has the best food around, but I often find it closed whenever I go. They really need to adjust their hours because they close too early and open too late.
This restaurant offers truly authentic Mexican cuisine, accompanied by a wonderful staff. It's the perfect spot for lunch when you're in Terra Bella.
