I believe my daughter and I were waited on by the owner. He was very condescending to us both. We are pilots in the wind industry and eat at a lot of resturants and most of them are Mexican restaurants. My daughter has diet restrictions and is very specific in the questions she asks prior to ordering her food and is very specific in her words when ordering. He chose not to listen and brought out the incorrect food for her. The menu had a chicken fajita burrito on the lunch menu. New to town January 2023. Our first visit here was amazing. Very friendly atmosphere and service. The dinner portions are enough for 2, extremely delicious . We will definitely be back. This is a great little Mexican restaurant with the small town environment. It fits well in Albany. Though it may be your only option for Mexican food, it's a worthy one. I love their homemade salsa. The restaurant has amazing food and the owner, who is present every day, is fantastic too! The service is fast. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of its size, which is not bad, just not amazing. Overall, Los Cos is fantastic!
