Walker was our bartender tonight and he was spot on with our Clase Azul Reposado tequila. Could sit and watch him make drinks all night! He really knows his way around a bar. I’m not even going to try to tell you I remember the owners name who happen to come by and introduce himself because he remembered us from last visit but I do believe I have at least 20 years on him so I’m kinda untitled hahaha! We had a bad experience at this restaurant. OpenTable double booked our reservation, resulting in a 30-minute wait for a table. The staff tried to make up for it by sending a bartender with a small sample of an appetizer. Unfortunately, the menu was not very exciting and the specials were explained in such a confusing way that we couldn't remember any of them. After nearly an hour of waiting, we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Additionally, the layout of the restaurant was not well thought out, as the front entrance was poorly designed and caused congestion with guests and staff constantly bumping into each other.
for starter opentable has booked our reservation. we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. they sent a bartender and served a small sample from one of their appetizers. the menu was uninspiring and when the waitress told us the specialties that had explained it so that none of us could call again what each of them was. so almost an hour after our original reservation our order has not been taken yet, we decided to reduce our losses and dinate elsewhere. also the front entrance and the layout was badly designed. the door came to the innkeeper station and waited the guests constantly tried to boast to workers and other guests.
Listen. We all make mistakes. I ordered my meal to RiNo, which is already such a clod move, but this unbelievably nice young woman came flying in from the kitchen to remedy my error. She remade my order and refunded the order I'd sent to the wrong restaurant. In addition to the incredible, delicious food, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and atmosphere here. Please give this amazing restaurant your business. They'll take care of you.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I hope management takes notice as the staff seem unable to address the issue. The food and drinks were good, service was decent but lacked authority. However, the excessive loudness of the sound system made it impossible to have a conversation or enjoy the meal. Requests to lower the volume were ignored. I won't be returning until this is resolved. Please fix it!
This place is not worth your time or money. I went here with four friends and ordered two pitchers of margaritas with chips and guacamole. We were excited for the $5 specials, but when we ordered tequila shots, we were charged $12 each! This unfair pricing, combined with terrible service, left us extremely disappointed. We will not be returning and do not recommend Los Chingones.
The service provided by the host and our waiter was fantastic, and the food was delicious. There was also a live band performing outside near the ice cream shop, which added to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience.
I was expecting great things, but I was disappointed. The food was very average and the service was lackluster. Overall, it was not a good experience.

The burgers are just OK. As for the sushi? Well the burgers are OK.
