Los Gallos Mexican

We were expecting really great food like we had gotten before but the steak wasn't marinated nor seasoned and the chicken wasn't the same either, tasting bland with a bit of smoke flavor. The sauces were not on the side as ordered and the platter was mushy and gross because of it. To top it off we didn't get the chips with the big queso we ordered. When I went to pick up the order everyone seemed clueless and the manager got into an argument with a customer over a card fee and didn't even act sorry about it. It's an absolute mess at Los Gallos and we won't be ordering ever again.

This has to be the worst Mexican restaurant we have ever been to. The waitress did not speak English. Brought corn chips that were burnt. The salsa tasted like they opened a can of tomato sauce and put it in a bowl. She brought the wrong beverages and couldn't understand what we wanted. She took our order and the food was all wrong. She couldn't understand what we wanted. The food was cold!!!! We took a couple of bites then left. If you go there, good luck....
