I overheard a man in the kitchen, wearing glasses, telling an employee to make sure she charged for the entire combo. This is concerning: why are employees at this place forcing customers to pay for items they didn’t order? Furthermore, the employee said that if she issued a refund to my mother, it would be deducted from her salary, which is very troubling.
I want to know who owns this establishment and why their staff are deliberately overcharging customers, showing poor attitudes, and threatening wage deductions for processing refunds. This practice is illegal. While the food is good, the customer service is unacceptable. I plan to return throughout the week until I can speak with the man...

It's been a while since I visited one of my favorite bakeries on Grand Ave. I'm especially drawn to their delicious and flavorful Colombian coffee. I even mentioned this to the very attractive waitress; their coffee truly stands out from what I've experienced at other bakeries and coffee shops. The menu is excellent, with very reasonable prices, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The place is also clean and well-maintained. I wish them all the best!
100% agree with other comments about the customer service of that woman working there. If her life is so miserable, she shouldn't be there, makes everything very unpleasant. About the food, it was excellent in the past; now everything is so overpriced. We always used to get oven empanadas even after they increased the price because they were still good and had chicken. Now they are the same price, but potatoes empanadas, there is no chicken at all.

New employees have terrible customer service and are not helpful at all. Have been coming here for years and have been having the worst attitude from the girls these past two months.... highly dissapointing.
I purchase my morning antojitos here on Saturdays. Everything is made fresh and tastes delicious!! The owner is always so gracious and super sweet!! I definitely recommend trying them out.
