Ambience is nice but didn’t find welcoming. I could only see one sweet waitress doing all the work, a guy server with the tattoo couldn’t even bother to assign the seat nor responded when we signalled that we are ready to order but instead ignored us. Very unhappy with the service.The food was good but my carbonara took 45 mins.
I would love to give zero stars but unfortunately I have to give one. Service was good but the food was horrible and when I told them about that, the problem wasn’t handled properly. Sadly. Losteria in Salzburg is much better!
Pleasant staff and atmosphere. Food is another story: if you want to play it safe go with the pizza it’s ok. The pasta however is mediocre at best, far from what would call Italian.
The food was fine, but the service is terrible. Would not recommend if you are not austrian or german.
