I used to really enjoy this place, but they keep getting my order wrong. This is the third time! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but there was no bacon on it. To make matters worse, the owner had the delivery driver come back to retrieve the incorrect sandwich just to confirm that there really was no bacon. Are you serious? It's frustrating to have my orders messed up repeatedly, and I shouldn't have to deal with this level of service, especially as a loyal customer. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Suffolk is packed with bagel shops, and believe me I've tried them all.There's no reason to go anywhere but this place! The service is unfailingly friendly and prompt, the food is excellent, and the rye bagels in particular are the best I've ever had!If you're ANYWHERE nearby, this is where to eat.
I'm not sure how anyone can say these bagels are good; they're really not. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, and the bacon was so greasy that I couldn't eat it. The bagel wasn't toasted, and it had a rubbery texture. We paid $16 for two breakfast sandwiches, and they were just unremarkable.
I just ordered the Reuben sandwich pressed with Swiss cheese, along with mustard, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on the side. It also came with a pickle and macaroni on the side. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you to whoever made my sandwich!

Great place. Ordered a cheese burger and hot chocolate that reminded me of when I was younger and the guy was extremely nice and caring. It’s close and convenient amazing place 10/10.
Worst bagel I have ever had. Ordered bagels and a few other things with some friends and every one of our items tasted like dirty sink water. Would never recommend coming here.
Might be the best bagel place in town, only out of three bagel stores, but make sure you order ahead unless you are prepared to wait 27 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches.
