Also had some macaroni (made with cavatappi pasta). I like that Lou puts his spin on everything. The only negative it smells like a chimney in there! This is a quintessential mom-and-pop deli in New Jersey! My son enjoyed an amazing Italian hoagie, while my father and I opted for liverwurst sandwiches. My dad also had a cup of Manhattan clam chowder, which was so delicious that we decided to take home quart containers of it, along with split pea and his mother's special lima bean and celery soup. The deli has a few small tables, which we used, and we also enjoyed their homemade sodas. At home, we tried the lima bean and celery soup, and it was fantastic. Thank you, Lou!
Highly recommend. Great little Italian deli making amazing hoagies and other Italian dishes. I had the Old World Italian hoagie and I honestly cannot say enough about it. It was delicious, the meats and cheese were sliced just right. Will be back for sure… Oh and they have there own soda!
1st time here, ordered hoagies for Super Bowl. We're sure they will be yummy when we consume them on Staten Island during our Super Bowl party with friends. Plus, Sue was absolutely terrific to work with.

I tried this place for the first time today, and it has definitely become my favorite hoagie spot in the area! The hoagies are fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent!!!
The food was delicious, and the meats and cheeses were sliced perfectly. I will definitely be coming back! Oh, and they have their own soda!
They make the Very Best sandwiches ever. The homemade Manhattan Chowder is so delicious. I will be back. Never change a thing.
