This small cévenole town has restaurants where the best is the worst. Certainly Lou Bi is one of the best. First a nice restaurant room. The tables are spaced enough to allow some privacy. The kitchen, open to the room allows to see, a little bit, the work of the chef and his clerk. The service is professional. The menu changes every month, so my opinion concerns only the November 2021 menu. The two entries offered (a velvety and a brioche sausage were perfectly executed. The crunch brought by peanuts on the soup was a great idea. The brioche sausage was enhanced by a slightly acidulated apple pear of the best effect. I never leave my opinion on Google but I have to make an exception. Lou Bi is simply an extraordinary place. The kitchen is generous, precise and creative. It is warmly welcomed, and it is warm in the heart to see real enthusiasts who work with demand for beautiful products. Everything is neat, from the kitchen and the wine menu, to the decoration, the dishes or the service. To not remove anything, the dessert flat inlet menu (with mouth amuse, pre dessert, mignardise) is less than 40 euros! You understood it: I warmly recommend and advise you to book!
