What a pleasure to find martin christophe (after the andana and the sheep bastide where we had already had the chance to meet him with each time his star) surrounded by a close team (appearly 2 in kitchen 2 in the room) for a reception and service of the most friendly and friendly. Its cuisine does not change, always simple and tasteful.All guests (6) have enjoyed themselves and has spent an excellent time in the room upstairs certainly but for us alone -;)the wine list is short but the choices are good and the prices tight.Here is a nice team of rune pretty kitchen
As every year, I reserve in this restaurant. When we returned to the latter, we found the absence of one of our favorite chefs. first disappointment, the suite was just as disappointing, exhorbitant price (very bad ratio quality price), amuses mouths: raw vegetables with a small insignificant sauce, for the entrance you are brought the pot and you are not served!!! The entrance was rabbit ravioli, it was good but no more. More really to remember the dish. I'm scratching this address from my notebook.
What to say except that all dishes have been true gustative orgasms. Gastronomy without head and as we love it, you can sauce and taste with your fingers without stifling; It is even highly recommended by the mistress of the place. The inside of the restaurant is really beautiful, very warm and comfortable, perfect for a romantic dinner.
A warm welcome. A very good description / explanation of dishes and flavors. The dishes are excellent. We didn't leave anything in our plates from beginning to end. The chief is making real feats. The restaurant is not very big but very pretty. We had a good night.

The restaurant is just at the entrance of the charming little village of Valbonne. The atmosphere is intimate with few blankets. The lunch menu is worth the step with the products of the day purchased on the market: squash soup, poultry, apple clafouti.
An exceptional restaurant. But now closed! The chief survived a terrible accident. He is bravely upset, but he must continue his rehabilitation to come back to us one day ... with wonderful culinary creations.
