I want to be as respectful as possible so anyone who views this review understands my issues with this restaurant. Issue #1: Wait times. We were told our pizzas (2) would be ready within 30-35 minutes. We waited 55 minutes before we were given our pizzas, and with no updates throughout, something which I will get to later. Issue #2: The food quality. When we finally did recieve our pizzas, they were undercooked, and lacked any flavor. The crusts were non-existent, and the sauce was extremely minimal and lacked any flavor as well. We had to resort to using loads of ranch and other extra seasonings that we were given. If i order a pizza on your website, and i check the box that says cut that means im paying yall to cut my pizza. I ordered a cut half baked pizza. I did not receive what i ordered. I had to go back and explain to these grown adults that i didnt receive what i ordered and they made a decision for me that cutting the pizza would effect the quality 1. Great Chicago Pizza. If you've never had Chicago pizza, this is a great place to go. Service is a little short and inattentive, but not rude. Good Intalinate atmosphere. Not insanly expensive, about 25 for a decent size pizza.

Best pizza i had in chicago!!!! Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is super cool!! The walls are covered in baseball/chicago history!!!
Dined in with a large group. Staff was organized, friendly, kind and prompt. Food was delicious and great atmosphere. Not busy (mid-day).
Love this place, buy today for the 1st time got thin crust sausage and it wasn't very good. Deep dish is the way to go from now on
