We decided to give Lou Malnati's another chance from last time our pizza was super soggy, but the manager, I believe he said his name was Alex ensured he would double check our order before going out on the crispness of the pizza. I remember the deep dish being full of cheese and being so delicious. The pizza I just had was dry, no cheese stringing down, where you had to use a fork to eat. Absolutely terrible! The service was awful, and the pizza was the worst I've ever encountered. They took a frozen pizza, tried to pass it off as fresh, burned it, and then had DoorDash deliver it. This location is a complete joke. I won't be coming back. Service: 1 Food: 1
