aperitif in the shade under beautiful trees, with all kinds of amuse-bouche, cold and hot, including foie gras. all kinds of drinks with or without alcohol, punch fountain, sangria, without forgetting all that is necessary for children. Meals at table, with hot dish (tournedos rossini excellent,) salad/ cheese from the country and camembert, cakes (fresher and chocolate).
a traditional and very pleasant meal. a very good reception and impeccable service. If you pass in a bearn, I invite you to have lunch on the noon to enjoy a breathtaking view. Finally, a last tip, take a light breakfast in the morning because you will have plenty of what to eat so many plates are well garnished.
