This restaurant is truly disappointing. It's hard to believe that this location is part of a franchise. The owner or manager should be embarrassed by the state of the place. There is food all over the floors—everywhere you look—and the service is abysmal. I have nothing good to say about this establishment. The best outcome would be for it to close down and bring in new management. I’ve visited many other locations of this franchise across the country, and this one is on a whole different level of bad.
When my order finally arrived, it was presented nicely, folded and stapled. I paid and even tipped the server who assisted me. Unfortunately, I mistakenly assumed that the extended wait meant my food was freshly prepared and everything was in order. I couldn't have been more wrong! One of my burgers was overcooked and burnt, while the other clearly had bite marks on it. How could any establishment serve food like this? Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place!
First time visiting as we were looking for a late night spot to converse and sip a beverage. Dershawn made the experience well worth it as he and one or maybe two waiter/waitress attended the patrons. It's hard to find good, courteous help in restaurants after 2020. The menu looked great but only had drinks and appetizers. My quest and I had plans to come back to have dinner, but the wait was 30 minutes. We'll try another time.
Gotta say. When a 10 top comes in and orders drinks from the bar as well as appetizers you should probably at least get the drinks. We sat for over 30 minutes and spoke to the server and the bartender about getting our drinks or at least waters and nothing. The place wasn’t even busy. We all left as well as some other customers that were waiting by the door. Needless to say we will not be back.

Michael is fantastic! He truly knows how to take care of his customers. You won’t need to repeat your order, as he offers great suggestions if you're unsure what to choose. He’s the best waiter I’ve ever had!
Service is very slow. Wasn't acknowledged for 20 minutes until we were notified that they were only serving at the bar. It's Friday night and the bar was almost empty. I see why with my experience and others.
I want to think Brett and Sal the managers and staff for making my retirement party a huge success This bar is so cool. It has great food, great seating inside and out. The staff is fantastic!
Stopped in on a Tuesday evening with five friends for some drinks and appetizers. We waited 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement from any waitstaff before walking out.

Staff was nice. Drinks were good, but didn’t have certain popular alcohol available.
