The quality of your experience at this restaurant really hinges on the staff working that day. I have visited twice - one visit a few months ago, which was enjoyable overall, and another visit last night, which was disappointing. The food was decent, but the waiter was frequently absent for extended periods, leaving me feeling stuck waiting for my bill. I have never spent so much time dining at any other restaurant.
I went to this restaurant to celebrate my Mom's birthday. I have been here before and always experienced great service, but unfortunately that was not the case today. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive and our waiter took 10 minutes to bring us a refill of water after we asked. I took my Mom here for her birthday and I was disappointed that she did not have the enjoyable birthday lunch that I had hoped for.
it waited 57 minutes to get food from a snorky waitress that we all saw twice in the 90 minutes we spent in this house. the waitress was extraordinarily rude and did not bother with what was done or respected. the evening is definitiv ruined.
the food was delicious and certainly good worth on Tuesdays. irland was outstanding in her service at our table. great evening.
